Construction & Craftsmanship

Attention to the owners vision and designers specifications is the crux to how Carbon Ocean Yachts builds yachts. Utilizing aerospace quality materials ensures the lightest and strongest products. With race boat pedigrees Carbon Ocean Yacht technicians are extremely mindful of the precision needed to build cutting edge composite structures. Pre-preg carbon fiber is the material of choice. In order to cater to a wider market place Carbon Ocean Yachts is able to work in other composite mediums such as wet preg and infusing.

Engineering & Technology

Carbon Ocean Yachts can develop and model whatever tooling items (plugs and molds) are required in order to build custom composite parts. Fluency in AutoCAD and Rhinoceros gives our team the leading software tools for CAD (computer aided design) and NURBS (non-uniform rational basis spline) modeling.

Building custom yachts presents many unique challenges for tooling production. Staffing with years of experience in this field, makes Carbon Ocean Yachts well equipped to deal with complex modeling and tooling needs for our projects.

Carbon Ocean Yachts, through industry allainces, are able to meet all custom tooling requirements by utilizing 3 and 5 axis CNC milling machines. This capability extends to custom metal work components.
